Tonight (Thursday, September 6) is the start of two nights of SWARM, which launches a new season of artist-run culture in Vancouver. Instead of listing everything that’s going on, here’s a little outline: Thursday night includes artist-run spaces in South Vancouver, Mount Pleasant, and Granville Island (we’re looking forward to the show at Malaspina Printmakers); on Friday night, our neighbours in Chinatown, the DTES, and downtown take over.

More information is at the SWARM site. Our opening for Shannon Oksanen and Valerie Sonnier: In Search of Lost Time (curated by Myfanwy MacLeod) is actually a week after SWARM, on the 14th; however, we’ll have the show up and open until 11pm for SWARM.
