Studio Spaces at 236 are Going Fast!

Anyone interested in renting a studio space at the new Unit/Pitt Projects at 236 E Pender had better act quickly, because they are getting snapped up FAST! Half of the available spaces are now taken. We are putting up the walls this week, so you can actually see how incredible these studios are going to be. Prices per month range from $300- 500, and most are more than big enough to share.

Each space will have four hangable walls, and will be secure, with the tenant holding the key. They are available starting October 1st, which is coming up fast! Wash sinks, bathrooms, kitchenette, utilities, maintenance,and WiFi are all included. And 24 hour access of course.

The upper and main floors have 14 foot ceilings, and the basement headspace is around 10 feet. And there are some gorgeous extra features to the building as well, such as enormous skylights and 100 year old fir hardwood floors. However, you really do have to come by and see it for yourself. Brynn McNab is showing the spaces during gallery opening hours, which are 12-5pm Wednesday through Saturday.
