Saturday, May 5 is the last day of Research + Presentation Centre, an experimental reading room curated by Amanda Jehring and Steffanie Ling. For the past month, the Pitt has been a functional centre for reading and research, complete with collections contributed by Jesse Birch, Stefana Fratila, Lenox & Burrard, Michael Turner, and Jerry Zaslove. The reading room is fitted with furniture and shelves designed by Kellen Deighton and Nathan Welland, and is equipped with a photocopier for free use by visitors. It’s an amazing project, and a pleasant place to visit.
