Tonight, as part of Vancouver, Crawling, Weeping, Betting, we’re presenting the third Bob’s Salon, an evening of music, storytelling, and dance performances, with a wine selected by host David McIntosh to complement and enhance the evening’s story. This week, Margo Kane will tell a story that involves some fabled Pitt history, and dancers Billy Marchenski, Carolyn Chan, and Molly McDermott and musicians Max Murphy and Ron Samworth will perform.

Admission is free, and the event starts at 10pm.

Before you come to visit us, you’ll have time to take in some other events. Our recommendations are the launch of Jeff Derksen’s book After Euphoria at READ Books (starting at 7pm, particularly relevant to us because Jeff, as part of Urban Subjects, will be doing a talk for us next Wednesday in the Spaces of Contestation series), and the opening of No Linguistic Content at 221A (just two blocks away from Unit/Pitt).

See you tonight at 10 pm.
