Kate Armstrong: Path launches at UNIT/PITT this coming Friday, May 11 at 8pm. Path is a multi-volume artist’s book containing text generated by the actions of an anonymous resident of Montreal between 2005 and 2007. UNIT/PITT is publishing a new edition of this work, in collaboration with Publication Studio Vancouver; from May 12 through June 9, we will be showing the book as an installation, including listening stations where you can sample an audiobook version.
We’ll also be showing Kate Armstrong and Michael Tippett’s Space Video in the front window of 15 East Pender until 11pm each night during the run of the installation. More on this later in the week.
